Yesterday i mean 05.06.08,
Thursday was our Netball training session...
I thought we r going to run like mad as our compertision had just pass so training is up...
But Coach wasn't here yesterday ...(Dunnoe y leh...)
So Ms Rahimah told us that we will be leaving 30minutes earlier...
Then She continue tat 1st 1hour 45 min we will do balltrail then another 45 min we will play game but @ the end we play game 4 about 1hour 15min...
Haha....
The game was fun as Those Netball seniors was quite a bit sry to say (siao)
Tey laugh soooo loud n at the end part a few seniors trip only to rescues the BALL....
haha...
But it was really very very very fun training...
But only the running part was rather TOUGH...
But will work hard on tat....
Tats all 4 e fun netball training n now we r on a 1 week rest hahaha...
